Hill! The Arboretum is a place of beauty, a
historic landscape, a teaching garden and a
collection of scientifically documented
trees and shrubs. It is the perfect location
for the 1st Annual KYW Newsradio/E.P.
Henry Spring Home & Garden Festival
on Saturday, April 14th from 9AM
to 12Noon.
The festival will feature several
gardening experts and will be hosted by KYW
Newsradio's resident green thumb, Herb
Clarke. Not only is Herb a highly regarded
and well-known media legend in Philadelphia,
he is also very active in the local
horticultural community. Herb is the
Vice-Chairman of the Pennsylvania
Horticultural Society and is on the
Executive Committee of the Philadelphia
Flower Show.
For garden enthusiasts, it will be a day
filled with informative gardening tips and
leisurely strolls through a historic and
breathtaking landscape.
